Handicaps for the rangers were IT WASN'T ME (Truffle), ILLEGAL DRUGS (+st on Murph McAllister), DUH, WHERE AM I (Ahlgrens igen), BAD PRESS and VIRUS (causing Polly to niggle out).

We win the toss but have a hard time vs CanvasBack's defense. We make a couple of stupid mistakes (miscounting and pressing block when we were suppose to blitz) but manage to score in the 6th.

Second half, we have a KOd black orc, dwarfs have a longbeard joining him. We get a nice perfect defense, but dont really take advantage of it. Soon they KO Andy, and we are under pressure. A double 1 on a gfi for us, makes pressure even tougher. Two lucky onediceblocks for the dwarfs lets Scott run free. We try a desperate blitz with the troll but he isnt in the mood - like most of our players this half, getting stunned by little dwarfs ;). Scott scores in t4 leaving us 5 turns, and hope increases as both black orcs come back from KO, as does the dwarf lineman. It starts nicely until Polly fails a rerolled bone-head roll. Then nothing goes our way and the dwarfs even get the ball, until (as it often is) everything goes our way: we crowd their ball carrier and the ball is thrown in nicely for us. However, great dwarf defense stops us from scoring.

So, fun even game! Handicaps were pretty nice for CanvasBack: two of our +st players missed the game, and one more got Bone Head. I played poorly most of the game and feel lucky to have gotten a tie. CanvasBack played some great defense today, hope to break through it the next time.
