“Things that went horribly wrong in this game:

1) Turn 7 first half, Nightmares have the ball on their side of the field still. Mid-turn Spydey DC's, comes back and finishes his turn with one of his 4 blodging orcs open downfield. My turn comes, and I block to free a beastman blitzer to at least tie up the orc. But wait...it says I already used my blitz. After 5-6 reloads (both of us trying, using both files) it is always the same. Manage to at least put some in his tacklezone, but of course you can't stop a dodging orc. 0-1.

2) Kickoff of the second half. Sloth is hit by a rock and killed. Apoc'ed, but enough said.

3) Second kickoff of the second half, after I should have protected the ball a little better. Don't underestimate blodging orcs. Anyway, chaos warrior in range to score on turn 8 (even if he gets pushed back). Single die block against him, and down he goes, game over.

4) 80k gate, total of 50k winnings between both teams. Sweet.

I'm not usually one to complain, and I know Chaos can be frustrating at the start, but this was one of those games where I failed all the important rolls and he succeeded. Can't do much but pick up the guys and try again. Good game Spydey.”
