The Fairyland Fighters did the best they could against tough odds, but Los Monstruos wasn't just 50+ up in TR and geared to prevent weaker teams from getting past them, they were also luckier.

It was primarily the dodging that cost the Fighters the match. Looking back I can't remember succeeding with a single dodge and that's a big handicap for a team with ST 1 guys. That's also how I lost the match, a failed 3+ dodge to pick the ball up instead allowed albator a 4+ pickup and a GFI for a last turn TD. I missed an insane amount of dodges during the match and they almost exclusively ended up with KO or casualties.

I thought luck had at least smiled on me a little bit in OT when I won the kickoff, but of course albator got perfect defense and I failed the pickup which prevented me from a TTM.

Congrats to the win albator. I'm not too impressed with your stonewalling strategy regarding showing any form of sympathy for the dices crapping out on me, but I whined a bit to compensate for it.”
