“Woo, now this was a dangerous game to be involved in! In what should have been a nice pre-season friendly, these AFL hopefuls tore each other to pieces!

By the end, 4 players were left needing a bye week, and 1 player sustained a permanent injury. The apothecaries were also busy tonight, saving 2 players from death!

I was planning on keeping casualties down, by not using Mighty Blow in Blitzes and keeping my more precious players out of the melees. However, the Elves decided to immediately niggle a player with their own Mighty Blow capability, so I felt I had no choice but to remove that player to protect my girls. After succeeding in this, I tried to minimize Ruby-Mae's involvement in the game.

Also, I usually keep my stars off the field, as they are already AFL-ready, but we sustained so many injuries that they were forced onto the field, and Megan was almost killed in the process!

Overall, I think we both did get a lot of skills, and KB were impressive in their victory. And it was a very exciting game once the apothecaries had been put to use!

Good game dude! I'm looking forward to our AFL Season IV clash eagerly! I expect there will be absolute bedlam on the field durig that one! I mean, look what they did in this friendly!
