“This match had a weird little twist. During 14 turns it was an unbloody struggle for the ball in the puring rain. The match swayed back and forth in the first half with the skaven scoring an early TD and the chaos managing to tie the match in the last round.
In the 2nd half the Bloodboyz caged their way towards the endzone like, but the lack of skills and the previously hardbroken AV 7 of the opponents made it hard to get an edge...other than the actual edge of the pitch. They started rounding up rats and booting them off the field and in one weird and bloody turn they scored two RIP's on two crowd surfs and then managed to run through the remaining defenders, hand over the ball to a waiting beastman and run in the TD.
They payed for their luck though. In the following turn Ruk was killed on a block (apo worked) and Mjalnir suffered a broken jaw from the rat ogre.
While the Malmo Mighty Rates disbanded because of their heavy losses the Bloodboyz steam on though. 2 wins in a row for this chaos team bodes well fo the future!
Thanks for the match, Polaris. You had your luck with getting rain and that blitz, but it sure ran out on you in the end. Sorry for killing your team, but as you said, at least it was a new one. See you around!”
