Was closer than 2-0 might suggest, as the second td was a gratuitous one on the last turn, and the Bashers could easily have scored to even it up any time before their last turn with a bit of luck.
Thanks to some sneakyness with the coin, the lizards received the kickoff. They scored quickly, which seemed like a good idea at the time except that it left them setting up first for the rest of the game.
After that though, nothing really went right for the Bashers. They got the ball into a cage, but a complicated move leading to a 1d block from a skink on the ball carrier got a pow and for the rest of the half no-one really took control of the ball again.
Some salts the lizards had brought down from the temple meant a full team second half. Nat picked up the ball and passed it straight away, but it was dropped, and again no-one ever really took control of the ball after that. Both teams made the occasional break, only to be knocked over again. Eventually, Phil failed to pick up the ball on the sideline and was pushed into the crowd to his death in return, leaving the ball open Ygl'ath to run away with it and score.
The luck counter is just the last two turns, which makes it all the stranger really because all the rolls went particularly well for me and badly for him on those turns as far as I remember...
