“Shadow Bar have had some crappy luck in the opening games of this Pub Bowl season. What looked like an even match up (and was actually a fairly nice game) turned into a frustrating defeat for the Shadow Bar. I tried but the Lion and the Rose just stopped each drive, nothing much I could do.

thereisaball was a cool coach to play against. Chatty, sporty, funny so it took my mind off my frustration a little. Until it was my turn and things just didn’t go to plan. One thing learnt always have a backup, could’ve had a scoring possibility if I had of moved my Blitzer into scoring contention but I though Sure Hands was a safe pick up bet.

Games like these make me wonder how people in ranked win the award of 10 winning game streak. They must be picking the biggest and ripest cherries this side of Andromeda.”
