The match between the Bloodboyz and the RTSV Bloodbowlers was a fun and exciting match. The Bloodboyz got an excellent start with a blitz which enabled them to tie up the ball long enough to secure it with some reinforcements. Much of the first half revolved around the skirmish over the ball, but despite a lot of brawling there were few injuries. The first one came when the fast paced Neeno was kicked in the ribs when he was prone.

The Bloodboyz managed a very elf like maneuver when Skorla dodged out from the surrounding humans and passed the ball to Hellgaze, who could run in a TD in the middle of the first half.

They now focused on trying to tie up the humans for the rest of the half, but the humans played a very risky game and succeeded well in man to man blockings, putting both Mjalnir and the chaos warrior Ghar da Warped in the KO box.

Juahinito had some moments when he seemed to get away with everything and towards the end of the turn he had a fantastic turn where he succeeded with a string of 1 dice blocks and a pickup, but his luck ran out when the ball carrying runner failed his GFI and was left prone not far from the Bloodboyz end zone line. This enabled the chaos team to safeguard the ball for the half time break.

The Bloodboyz were now in an excellent position. With a 1 - 0 lead and both Mjalnir and Ghar back from their KO's they could muster a full 11 man line-up and also started with recieving the ball. They got the ball to the team captain Mug da Rager and formed a cage around him. The humans tried desperately to break it up and achieve an edge, but their risky playing style started to go against them and when more and more 1 dice blocks ended up skulls the KO box was filled accordingly. In turn 6 Ghar could quite calmly run in the 2nd TD for the Bloodboyz.

This left the humans with a decent chance of a comfort TD. A bad kick made the situation even better, but Juhanito got a bit carried away with his bloodlust and Nuffle oddly punished him for it. A blitz in turn 7 ended up double skulls and niggled the blitzer Karlo Junghans. The apo rushed in, but wasn't able to prevent the serious injury. While trying to box in his catcher within TD range I double failed a GFI, leaving him in a fantastic position to simply run up with his ball carrier, hand over the ball to the catcher and then run in the TD. Instead Juhanito yet again went for a risky block. Karl Kleinhand 1 dice blocked Cerebos, got a skull and RIP'ed himself. With the apothecary used nothing could be done to save his life.

The match ended with a 2 - 0 victory for the Bloodboyz, who also gained a +FF as a bonus for their hard struggle.

Thanks for the match, Juhanito. It was fun and at least the first half was very exciting! See you around!
