“This game was a lot closer than the score indicated. The first half was a standoff, until a lucky failed bone head roll on his ogre (he had quite a few in this game...) left one of my CW's unguarded enough to catch a hand off and break away. Also, every block i made on anyone that could have reached him resulted in a knock down AND 2 of his 3 GFI's failed when getting a blitzer into his TZ.
In the second half, yabber suffered too many armor breaks (KOs) to really do a whole lot. Still, his catcher was one failed block away from escaping and making it 1-1, but i managed to get a pow on a 2d block.
The biggest blow i think was losing his guard blitzer early, i think with him in that could have made an impact in the Str difference.
A good game, with one or two dice outcomes reversed, this game could easily have ended in a tie.”
