“Nuffle enjoyed himself in this match. I played against 5 ogres, 6 gobbos and with just 1 reroll. Was pretty sure of a victory. Then I was dice raped beyond belief for the first half. Missed my first two pickups, BH'd a beastman on a gobbo after failing a 2d block despite reroll, my AG 4 missed a crucial dodge despite reroll, he also missed a pickup and I wasn't even allowed a T8 comfort pass to skill-up a player.

DanTheMan kindly allowed me a ciggarette break in the half and after that I got my game going. Managed to score a rather late TD and then had 2 turns left for a low odds tie attempt while the opponents recieved. Managed it with extreme luck when my AG 4 dodged out of a tough position, hit his blitz and MNG'd the ball carrier, had the ball scatter into his hands and then dodged free and scored the TD in T16 with 2 GFI's.

Amazing luck to recover the match. Obviously my AG4 guy won the MVP and finally skilled-up to get him his block. But Nuffle wasn't done playing and of course I failed yet another SPP 16 age roll. I fail about 25 % of the age rolls on that stage nowdays and always on my valuable players.
