“Likewise this was my first game for the WIL.
The game wasn't a classic by any stretch of the imagination. The first half was a case of the Orc's bludgeoning their way through then stalling till the last turn whilst the Human's all sunbathed.
I luckily started the second half with 10 guys on the pitch and from the resulting kick-off Tesi started with a blitz. What followed was a lesson in how not to play the game during which Maloghurst (my very thick ogre) was killed and promptly res'd by the doc (50K well spent there). somehow I managed to have a catcher free near the endzone and my thrower made his long pass to equalize.
The rest of the game was as Tesi mentioned a case of failed dodges and blocks, though he did fail to mention the -2d block that Ko'd my Ogre.
In the end Tesi deserved the win and I'm sure will do well in the league (if he can come through his next game).”

Luck and some bad decisions ended with the orcs leading the game. First half ended with a semi full KO box for the 'umies, while we had no casualties nor KO's against. Luckyly for Robbo, all but one of the the KOs came back and he could restart with 10 players. Second half started with some nasty double skulling all the way for both sides, one of them ending with a dead ogre (APO SUCCEEDS!!!) in a "both down" result.
The rest of the game is just failed dodges or blocks.
I hold my breath in the last two GFI's. Whew.
