A mixed match where it started with a heart warming gesture where Azure didnt dump cash to reduce the handicaps given to the Dead Boys. Moved onto disbelief when King Rathor Double Skulled his way to the KO box on T1 and was out for the entire 1st half. Then on to disappointment when being accused of being a sore loser because Azure left his Rat Ogre surrounded by my team... His whole team were available to come to the Ogres aid but chose not to... So if a coach is a sore loser for fouling when he has the ref and the opposition doesn't do anything to try and stop it then I guess I am. My winning this match would have made no odds to the League result so should I have just stood and clicked the end turn button or try and take a little bit of rat out along the way??

On the other hand Azure played a blinder the Gutters running rings round the walking Dead and their Agility proving too much as dodges, passes and pick up went off without hiccups.

Gratz on the win Azure, both the match and the league. Glad you got the cash to replace the Ogre. The better coach won but in future please don't accuse people of being a sore loser for simply fouling a player that you left neglected on the pitch.

Counts log supplemental:

Your entire team could have placed TZ on the group round the RO reducing the increase in the dice rolls for AV. You opted to save the rest of the team a wise move if you ask me... but if you had laid some TZ's I probably wouldnt have broken the Ogres AV...

Considering you have skilled a number of players and I have congratulated you on every TD and the win and the league Id say considering it was an undead team your AV7 Rats got away lightly and that is a mistake I will rectify if we ever meet on the field again.

If playing for blood makes me a poor sportsman Id suggest you grab an elf team and join in some elf bowl.

#1 Zach Wells – Dead (RIP)
OBBA Match:

Houston was coming off their first non-win of the season and were pumped for this game. To open the game, Mahrak was receiving and the fans stormed the field and 7 of 11 Houston players were stunned (2 of Mahrak's). However, after a flury of back and forth action, Nate Jagua broke free and picked up a loose ball and passed it out to Blinky. Blinky took it up the sideline and the result was a 1-0 halftime lead.

Receiving in the second half, Houston drove quickly for a 2-0 lead after 2 turns. Then on the next kickoff Mahrak got the ref. After attempting to drive the ball downfield, it was jarred loose and Houston pounced on the ball - pushing it up field with a heavy escort.

Seeing that the game was out of hand, instead of trying for the ball, all of the Mahrak players surrounded Zach Wells and fouled him for the last 3 turns of the game - shouting "Die again!" Obviously, no desire to actually play the game since they knew they would lose - instead just continued to foul until on T15 finally managed to get the RIP they so desired and they celebrated that they were able to kill a player...

So gratz to our opponent who accomplished his mission of killing some of our players - even if his team lost badly on the field.

------------
Left neglected on the pitch? My team was racing downfield in an attempt to score - you dropped our rat ogre and had numbers and strength compared to us...you surrouned him and fouled him for a stun. I had 2 linerats nearby which were then KOed or stunned by you and you surrounded and fouled him for another stun as we head downfield.

How was I suppose to "save" my rat ogre...you have more players and higher ST all around him.

Bottom line, if at the end of a game, a coach does something that in no way benefits their team and has the potential to hurt the other team - that is a spiteful act...and an act that I think is poor sportsmanship.
