On the bad luck side, my blocks pretty much sucked. Skellie armor held out admirably, even against MB, and I never seemed to get a pow when I needed one. This lead directly to Frostitute's score in the end of the 1st, actually, as a 2d block against his ballcarrier produced only pushes, allowing him to bliz with a mummy and easily walk in the point.

On the good luck side, it looked like You There might very well score another TD in the 2nd, but a block (which had to be rerolled, it might be noted) sent the ball offsides, and it was thrown all the way into his side, right near an AG 4 hobbo, giving me an easy TD.

Frostitute played a good game - even when I thought that I was going to make it an easy 3-1, he managed to come very close to a tie by showing off elf-like throwing abilities (which, unfortunately for him, were not complemented by elf-like _catching_ abilities.)”
