“A good game overall, my dice could have been a lot kinder. 1 KO during the match is just not acceptable. Fortunately for me Ken is a limited coach so I was able to switch my play from left to right and stall the score. I knew it was heading to 1-1 from there, although I had a chance or 2 to steal the ball. Sadly the dice were not upto the task.
Now. About my T16 foul.
Anal? Mabye....
Unsportsmanlike? Possibly....
Within the rules? YES
Is it fun? HELL YES!!!
Once again I lay down my philosophy on fouling. I think the LRB4 rules are crap with regards to fouling. DP is taking priority over scoring. (claw/RSC can be applied to this too) When LRB5 comes to pass it will stuff up all the DP (claw/no more RSC!) merchants out there. Although not taking anything away from the current DP merchants. Used skillfully, DP is a game changer. LRB5 will change that.
UNTIL THEN.....I will use DP/fouling to maximise the damage I do to the other team. THIS IS BLOOD BOWL. You want to save your players? Don't put them on GF! I will target your top boys + try to kill them. T1 or T16. I don't care.
I was accused of spitting my dummy out. Ken, take a look at my previous game reports and you will see that I am no different with anyone else. This is certainly not the first time Ive had to defend my fouling stance.
When LRB5 comes I will adjust accordingly. the DP/CLAW/RSC merchants that don't will find themselves left behind. I already play LRB5 live and it is far superior. (I do miss the cards/handicap table mind!)
Ken. there's a good reason behind the fact that when I played you last a few months back I was CR142. Now I am CR158. I listened to coaches better than me (pigstar-69 among others) and I took on board what they told me. My game has improved no end (as my live opponents are finding out!)
Deal with fouling whilst it's still powerfull, smile in the face of your top players taking a dirtnap and stop whining about T16 fouls. you will be a better coach for it.
For my sins I quite like playing you Ken. I like your team names and I think you could be a really good opponent.
Here's to the next game, if you can deal with me fouling!”
“hey Calcium.
Rome wasn't built in a day.
I played you once before.
I didn't like it.
I played you this time and enjoyed you better.
I disagree with you about t16 fouling
thats my right.
i didn't say I was right just that i disagree.
I will probably play you again.
you are a good coach and you take the pains to try and teach me.
I appreciate it.
Just don't expect me to put some of my better players in harms way without a certain amount of trepidation.
I'll play you again soon.
But i'll still try to pick a game where i get an unhealthy advantage or where i'm not gonna face a determined attempt at team destruction.
if you can at least respect that we have no problem and i'll see you on the pitch.”
