“Another day, another match. Again, Mick Foley and the Brooklyn Brawler continued their feud, with Mick again getting all the playing time. Wonder if that will teach the Brawler who the Greatest really is? At any rate, an interesting match. Game started with a hurled rock striking one of the Listermen square between the eyes, and the J.O.B Faction managed a defensive score. The rest of the half was more of a beatdown, as Elves were carted off the field. We did manage to send their Werewolf into the crowds, where it was promptly hurt. In the second half, our apothecary was finally sent into action to ease the pain of Barry Darsow on what I thought was a critical drive. Perhaps the apothecary needs more frequent use, as he tripped coming out of the dugout, breaking all his potions. Despite this, a risky pass was accomplished in the bright sun and Mick Foley streaked in for what turned out to be the game winner. Turn 16 saw a ghoul strain for the goal line with the ball, falling at the last second to prevent the tie.”
