“Well, the match began horribly for me when I got a niggling injury reminding of it's presence and after that I nearly got a KIA from the first block the opponent made, and apothecary was sent to save the day. Well, the opponent scored a few turns later after I did a series of consecutive 1s. I couldn't do anything to the TD with that luck. I was already in a bit of a bad mood before the game, and at this point I was boiling of anger and didn't succeed at reminding myself that this is just a game...

But as easily as bad luck comes, it can also go. Slowly my luck started to change and I was able to equalize on the first half. The second half had a lot of luck on important ball handling and dodging situations. Blocks didn't work at all where the opponent got a lot of POWs - but luckily was unable to do a lot of serious damage even though his team was packed up with Claws and RSCs. Managed to score a couple of real elf ball TDs and won the game. Not until after the game I realised that hey, I won and it was only bad in the beginning! So apologies to lindez if I acted like an ass during the game, it's not my style and never will be!
