#9 Lead – Dead (RIP) #12 Tanzanite – Smashed Knee (NI)
“This game started off with really poor dice for Lodnar, and decent (but not exceptional) dice for me. Unfortunately, little did I know that those decent dice were going to be pretty much the best dice I'd get all game, and that Lodnar was going to see his luck percentage swing _way_ up.
Shortly after the first goal, the CAS and KOs just started piling on. Normally KO's arn't a big deal, but mine never woke up, leaving me without two chaos warriors and a troll to start, and soon saw most of my team in the KO box. I was defending the goal with a mere 3 or 4 players by the end of the match.
Honestly, my main complaint is just that my team, which had equivillent AV, the same amount (if not more) MB/claw, managed a puny 3 KOs the entire match, while Takony Gyilkosok got 1/1/1 (apoh fails, of course) plus 6 or 7 KOs.
The 0 winnings to replace my dead and niggled players was also a nice shot to the gut.
Only plus side was that Topaz rolled a +ST on his skill roll, making 3 +ST in the past 3 skills.”
