“Challenged by the Halflings, the Blessings quickly took the field. Recieving the kick, the entire 1st half was one long drive for a score. Shlugorth broke a couple of 'flings upon the way, while the only death for the Broncos came when one of the Treemen dropped a wriggling stunty upon it's head instead of throwing it at one of my Beastmen. The second half saw the Blessings with a decided advantage in personnel, which was used to beat the remaining halflings while retreiving the ball and putting up the 2nd score. Shlugorth killed one of the downed runts using his tentacles in a manner that caused the entire replay to be censored, and even the referees averted their eyes to the shrieks of the violated halfling.. But the Apothecary came through and got the little guy back up on to the field with little more than a funny limp and tears.. Whatever the doctor gave that brave fellah took away the pain and the memory of that particular attack.”
