Then, in turn 8 first half, WD blitzes catcher and stripballs him, and two dwarves actually KILL my Dragon Warrior and my kicker Lineelf (apo obviously failed). Next turn, the NoS Catcher actually dodges away 3+ from the tackling WD, then snake-eyes the 2+ dodge for the TD that would have been 2-0.

The Lords try to defend themselves, until another Lineelf is niggled, then they retreat and stop worrying about the ball and just think about surviving. They pass the ball a bit around, lose it, and the uber-WD (blitzed 4-5 times with 2d, never knocked over) scores again.

Turn 6 in second half starts with the Lords in a suboptimal offensive formation, just to preserve themselves... but after a pitch invasion, one wing remains without opponents (including the Wardancer). So in a last ditch effort, Maedhros passes to Kalnur, and then comes to assist him in a t8 blitz-and-2-gfi-for-the-score.
