Bones & Flesh League - match 1
----------------------------------------------
We Be Rottin' was looking forward for their second chance, but I should have realized that residue of bad luck would reside in these old killed of players. First half was just an endless stream of set backs with Backlash putting the kicks on or next to my end zone line, getting a blitz and outbashing me in a way that made it look like I was playing a regular team. Fortunately he was nice and sympathetic enough to make me enjoy the match anyway.

Despite being heavily outnumbered (was out 3 players after turn 1 and it got worse) We Be Rottin' were actually close to a late tie. A hand-off from Catbane Shadowrun would have put Screech in safe enough distance to score in the 8th, but the ex ghoul was a huge dissapointment during the entire match.

Despite both teams having the ref during a quarter of the match neither team did much fouling. I because I didn't get the chance and Backlash because his zombies and skellies appearantly retained some form of moral code. Those Hollywood actors...always caring about their reputation.

Fejset was smashed to bits in the last turn of the first half, but regened and later scored a casualty.

The 2nd half awarded the We Be Rottin' with a blitz, but they didn't manage to take advantage of it in full. I was close to the ball several times, but the blocking game was useless during most of the match. Instead the rest of the match turned out a stalmate with Backlash safeguarding his lead and me growingly desperately trying to turn the match.

Catbane Shadowrun was the player that impressed the most, showing at least some resemblance to his old gutter runner ways. Yuk Snotball and Fejset scored a casualty each, but the rest was mainly a huge disappointment.

Screech was a big scapegoat after several crucial failures and Yagah da Vile fractured his leg early on and was useless as well. Jake "Pockets" Styles fractured his ribs, which deserves some credit. It's just so suitable on a skellie :)

Thanks for the match, Backlash! You were pleasant to play against and your sympathy helped me enjoy the match despite rough rolls. I see that Nuffle awarded you with a +ST for that ;) See you around!

We Be Rottin' played as hard as Nuffle would let them. Nuffle Consistantly handed the Rottin' team some Rottin' rolls and terrible luck. After the 1st 6 turns in the first half it was Freshly Risen 82% and Rottin 30%, luck was obviously not theirs. Jim Carrey was a surprise, it seems he's not just funny but quite a hard hitter, causing a SI-N that stuck and a RIP that didn't. Affleck can't make a decent movie, but got a +ST(first in the league) for his Contributions.
Pirog was an Excellent coach and probably would have won if it wasn't for the terrible luck of the 1st 6 turns.
Freshly Risen wishes We Be Rottin' well and Improved Luck.
