The first half went by pretty well, getting an early first round break on a block into the ball carrier that let me set up a conversion the next turn. Then a late half push of the ball through the end zone got it thrown back in at the half, which Boss Ogg had been planning on -- and that let him tie it up.
The second half started out with a slogfest at the line. I managed to make a hole, box the carrier, and eventually turn it into a conversion. That's when the Outlaw fans started throwing rocks, taking out half my players and almost my entire front line. Only a good dodge to get in the way and 3(!) failed attempts to get the ball moving by Boss Ogg led to this victory.
I'm not ashamed to say I'm glad I won't be playing this team again, at least this season. I'm just glad everyone on my team walked away with all the parts they came with, mostly even in the same places.
