Handicaps for the humans were BUZZING! (Barrrnacle Bill), VIRUS (no niggles on our team), MORLEY'S REVENGE (on two players but only struck for one turn on the important blitzer, and goblin was never used anyway) and IRON MAN (Marrrrty).
Pirates, YARR win the toss but start on defense.

They get a blitz, but fail a gfi, and we are very lucky our first turn. Stun one, KO another, Niggle a third (but apo works). Two stunned next turn. T3 ref spots their foul :). Our luck continues, we use our first rr T5. Even though they badly hurt 2 black orcs late first half, our luck is by far cruel against the humans first half, and we take the lead by 1-0 T8.

Second half, and they instantly badly hurt one of our blitzers. This half most of the luck goes the human way. Of course, I also make a couple of stupid mistakes, the double one on a gfi is always a risk, so I should have stood up my other players first :). They tie T2, and successfully stop us from getting another TD. Although we make an amzing play last turn, even make a successful pass to a Black Orc but he fails the one and only gfi he needs for TD.

Very enjoyable game. Luck switched from side to side, and the humans fought very bravely and cleverly against my much stronger orcs. They sure deserved the tie. Next time I hopefully won’t make this many mistake. Yarrrrr, I want to play pirates soon again!
