3 - Dominus Mortifer II: clearly made the important plays in this game
2 - Diripio: Calmly held the ball and marched the Schola boys well up the field before a clever pass to set up a TD
1 - Dominus Quod: Doesnt appear to have done much.. but I remember being shit scared of him.”
The elves won the toss and decided to receive. A textbook drive from the woodelves saw Touchstone step over the line in turn 2 with the ball safely in his hands. The return Chaos drive was looking good, with 3 KO'd elves in 2 turns, then Vis messed up a block, flattening himself in the process. 2 big blocks took 2 elves out of the game perfectly, but repeated fouls against the giant tree-man failed to produce results. Score at half time was 1-1, with Schola receiving first in the 2nd half.
A quick round of blocking saw Ra-Hel on the ground surrounded by beastmen, a flying boot from Vepres saw the tree RIP'd and Vepres banned for excessive fouling. The Echoes Apothecary worked his magic, and restored Ra-Hel to life. A brilliant play by Rula late in the half almost gave the victory to the Echoes, fortunately for Schola though, lady luck was on the Chaos teams side for the game. A few failed dodges later and the game finished with a 2-1 for Chaos in a very close game.
