the undead played some strong stuff on the line relying on the mv 8 ghoul to get the ball quickly up the park and always a threat

early game nuffle was looking down on the undead and a double 1 failed break tackle from a mummy left the vamps with an easy score

another unlucky dodge roll on the next drive left the vamps clear again and for a quick 2 - 0 advantage

next drive the undead came into there own, getting a solid cage before breaking free with the Ma8 ghoul for the score to take it to 2 - 1 at half time

second half the undead tried to grind out the draw with the ball. 5 turns in and it was looking grim for the vamps as the ghoul was in scoring distance with good protection. A fantastic blitz from a thrall assisted and the ghoul was down. Quick pick up by the vamp and after a fake down one flank the ball was thrown to a thrall who after a bit of a fumble managed to catch it and he was in for the final turn score to make it 3 - 1

an enjoyable game even if it did take longer than expected”
