“The Chaos Cows, with the Halfling defeat still fresh in their mad bovine minds, mooed their approval as the game started with 4 of the opponents remaining in the dugout. It was a good thing too, since the 3 dwarves that set on the LoS proved to be quite viscious; the Spongiforms narrowly escaped the slaughterfest of previous matches.

As more players were fed into the meatgrinder that was the blockers, the game became a nailbiter as the team fought to defend its early lead. With so many players sent back to the dugout, the drives were quite hard fought affairs.

Post match, Luing and Baladi were rewarded with Claws and the team was blostered by the arrival of a Warrior. Hopefully this match will mark the end of the Spongiforms rather wobbly start. ”
