“Wolvenburg Wolves found that Blood Bowl is a game that can go either way depending on luck and a few key moments. In a rematch that proved to be a very similar match it was Da Redz that came out victourius and most likely deserved their victory.
Da Redz dominated the first half and the Wolves had to defend like crazy to try to avoid falling behind. The inevitable Touch Down came on the stroke of half time as a well calculated move finished successfully. The depleated Wolves new that they would need a lot of luck to get back into a game that they seemed to have barely got started in.
The luck came at half time with a lucky kick that saw the ball idealy place for a Wolves attack. A scrappy passage of play followed which saw Wolves players J P Mort and Gaunt Black desperatly westerling with Da Redz defence. Eventully after a fumble from a defender the ball fell into the patch of Black who ran through to equalise.
Da Redz were not to be denied their revenge though and an another well constructed attack eventually broke through the Wolves defensive net. Harrag the Hitter ran through to end the move to provide a deserved lead, leaving the Wolves with no time to respond. ”
