They line up is made, the handicaps rolled, and "Virus" and "Bribe the Ref" appear. Virus was automatically redundant, and no foul opportunities arose, so both ended up futile.

And the 1st half was plagued with bad luck, failed rolls followed by failed rolls, yet still to be expected with a rookie team. 2 rerolls used by turn 2 was one indication alone that is was bad, yet the luckometre at the end of the 1st half said it all. 38% vs 67%, and the score 0-2! nuff said...

The 2nd half started off with a blitz and both my KOs recovering, and miraculously my team managed to score a TD by turn 2. Every roll i made was successful and nuffle seemed to be focusing on Fredox instead... Against all nuffle blessed odds however, Fredox manages to score again, and the score reached 3-1.

For denying Nuffle his chance to gloat, the game disconnected (from my end i have to say, 25000ms i think just b4 it crashed), and the TD was lost! A slow reboot left Fredox on tender hooks, sitting on the edge of his chair waiting to see what would happen...

My computer booted (slowly), the game reloaded, and miraculously the game had save just AFTER the catcher had caught the ball, but BEFORE he scored. Not taking any chances, Fredox re-scored immediately... Nuffle's howls of anguish could be heard with the scream echoing around the stadium

However, nuffle had one more mean trick up his sleeve... turn 7 both players had a golden opportunity to score, and both failed, thanks to nuffle blessed dice rolls...

A very good match and well played Fredox... Play ya again in the future when i have a few more skills!”
