“awesome tense game! fighting my way through in ht1, but having incredibly sucking t7 and 8, where i just push his last remaining thror-ra, so he can make a -2db blitz with strip ball resulting in a double pow and a skeleton dodges and puts himself at the ball. my following blitz gives me skull, bothdown, rr, double skull! and even worse niggling my blitzer!!! but apo helps at least. khems obviously found the weak spot in my armors now, sending masses of orcs off the pitch by ht2. a fireball lets me pow his thro-ra but there are already not enough players left to control the ball, or even score!
bytez0r manages to bring his thror-ra in scoring range, only one gfi left to score and nuffle decides to spec the overtime providing him snakes on that gfi! pretty cruel.. i get the drive in ot and manage to take out every possible ballcarrier, but do not succeed in putting my blitzer to safety either.ramtut gives me a hard time break tackle blitzing through my lines. some more unlucky dice, worst being the 2db blitz by ripper with a doubleskulls decided to make this game a coin toss, where i luckily got the draw!
one of the closest games ever, i hope it entertained the speccs as much as it did me :-)
