“The Bouncers had gotten a bit of a reputation after demolishing the Asylum, but we knew that the rest of the matches would be a lot harder. First ones up were the Cheatin' Skum, who started the match with a novel "retreat to our goal line" strategy which the Carnage had never seen before. The over-eager goblins and squigs ran after the Skum and pressed them hard, and even got their dirty little claws on the ball! Unfortunatly we were not able to secure it, and the Skum recovered - with almost no one between the ball and the endzone! The result was predictable, Skum 1-0.
The ref sent Bouncy off for passive play as he spent most of the half rolling away from the Skum's fanatic, and when Shredder took to the pitch for him the ref couldn't see the difference between them and sent Shredder off too.
The second half presented the Carnage with a conundrum: score quick and hope to stop the Skum for the win, or play it safe and go for the tie? After a cautious beginning the coaches decided to press on for the win. Unfortunatly that left the ball a bit too open, and the Skum took advantage for another TD and a well-deserved win.
The Carnage continue their streak of iron man blood bowl with no players killed, injured or eaten!”

Close game at the beginning but constant pressure from the skum won out in he end.
A wayward fanatic and a chaisaw that wouldnt start meant carnage got off lightly in the first half - with the skum pushing down the feild and scoring - 1-0.
Second half came and the skum lost one of their chainsaws and the BC lost both their squigs.
BC pushed down the skums field but a clever play by the Skum and a failed dodge for the BC left the ball unprotected and for the taking.
Skums star player 'KNR' grabbed the balled and pogo'd his way to score the 2nd TD.
2-0 skum.
Man of the match: KNR - 8 blocks and a TD to push his team to a hard fought victory.”
