The unducks choose to receive the first kick, and they took the ball towards the end zone, absorbing a bit of a bruising, but scoring a good touch on Turn 7.

The Slugs could not convert to end the half.

UCSC took the kick in the second half, got into a good blocking formation, and marched in to score on Turn 8, and secure the tie.

Kinslayer took a severe, and rather bladed, blow to the knee, and it looks like his fine career has come to an abrupt close.
