“Eyes for the orcs! First one from a mummy, than two from their late thrower. The mummy wasn't actually killed, but was dragged out and put to toil in the depth of the mines of Zharr and had therefore an eye spared.
The whole game started miserably for the dead'uns. A foul going a little bit TO well killed a mummy in the first turn. After squabbling over the ball the orcs scored a touchdown. The orcs then stopped the following Khemrian drive and smiled compassionately when the undead kept droping the ball when trying to pick it up, despite sure hands. At the end of the first half Jahatan conceded eftar having had a second mummy beaten black and blue (SI, miss next match), but also after having passively killed an unfortunate orc thrower throwing a bad block.
Trust me, I knw the impact on the game of having bad luck at start. With missing key players good luck won't make much of a difference. Extreme luck might do it, but that's almost unheard of.
Bad start for Jahatan in the tournament, but I hope he'll participate in future matches. Especially since his next match is against puny humans (No offence, Luther. Calling humans puny or equivalent is mandatory for most species.) I still think he can reach a good position in the tournament, perhaps even win it.”
