“Round 3 of the royal rookie rumble and both sides were fielding near-full lineups. Whoever won this was into the final!

Things went well for me at the start of the game (on defense) with an orc blitzer dropping an on-target pass to run into score. 2 turns later my hobgoblin has it at the other side of the pitch with a decent amount of support and I'm feeling pretty confident. If I can receive in the second half 1-0 up I would really expect to win with chaos dwarves! Unfortunately it wasn't to be as good moves by the orcs got just enough players around the ballcarrier that when I failed a 2dice block to free him SeanC was able to capitalise for the TD just before half time.

The second half didn't go well for me at all as I pushed to score early and the orcs soon turned things over to make it 2-0.

Almost managed a consolation TD (for a skillup on the rookie bull centaur) but again good GFIs by the orcs got enough players in place to foil me and he failed the crucial dodge.
