Handicaps for Xenon were Bone Head on Taur, Illegal Drugs (+STR on Leoric) and Virus (no one was niggled).
Beaten ... truely beaten by a much lower TR/TS team. Sure the wizzie he had helped... Sure, his dirty player was absolutely evil... sure nuffle aided Xenon... and yes, my team couldn't break wind, let alone armour!...
...but my own rubbish play was made all the more worse by an ever increasing frustration at the ridiculous ping times I was getting throughout the game (ie all but two of Xenons moves per turn coming in a huge laaaggggg move).
All grats to Xenon though, he played well... I saved all my cash pre-game when I should have treated it like a smack... but I wanted another reroll for the future... but instead I'm having to spend the cash on a replacement dwarf who was solo fouled to death, and a niggled skilled hob goblin. Ah well... :-)”
The lag was pretty terrible for him with some HUGE ping times, but he elected to muddle on through.. so fair play to him there... couldn't have been that fun. My wizard gave me easy access to the ball through the cage to take the 1-0 and the end of the first half looked worrying when the chaos dorfs started to lay the smackdown. However after the quick 2 turner from the Darkies and 1 of the opposing bulls still taking a nap, nuffle saw fit to change the CDs armour to av5 and the cas started pouring in. From here on in Wotfud had a hopeless uphill struggle and there was little he could do than take the 3-0 whooping and slink off to lick his wounds before next season.”
