“A great game vs a great opponent. Ridiculously high luck meant a lot of action. Hightlight of the match was on two kickoffs his fans threw a rock, stunning one player and knocking out another!

1st half, good defence Noblog nearly 'oh so nearly' pushing the Runner back into the crowd. But the dwarfs did score so lessons to be learnt.
My answering offence was stalled early on by Longbeards with a bit of Guard and some awesome blocking. It was at this point Noblog got crushed by a blitzing Trollslayer.

2nd half scored despite my cage being stalled four squares into the Dwarf half. This was thanks to my simple love of the passing game as Freekle ran diagonally down pitch where no Dwarf could touch him and the thrower pitched a short pass to him to score (once the server sorted itself out). On defence I was a man short (partly my fault as I fouled and got spotted) but it was the first turn of blocking that took me out of the game as I received three stuns and a knockout. My strategy was flawed and the garden gnomes scored the winning touchdown on turn eight.

I'm relieved to see my rating/strength evening out a little finally but unfortunately no SPP rolls as the thrower for the match sucked up the MVP.

My final thought is I NEED A WIN! But a good game that I enjoyed.”
