“A good game, but the dice certainly had it in for me.
Not in my rolls (although it did seem that the 1s always picked critical moments to strike) but in bdtimmer's. His dice managed to keep him at 73+% luck all game long, which let him do annoying things like multiple 1d blocks against ogres without paying the consequences for it. He didn't fail a dodge or pickup roll all game.
He also made some mistakes (mostly in the 1st half) which his dice let him escape from.
Like I said, a good game, but it was annoying watching my opportunities to score constantly thwarted by lucky dice (and some good playing, but a large chunk of luck.)
Oh, it also didn't help that my ogre's armor seemed to break more often then bdtimmer's beastman. An ogre team that can't get the KOs and CAS has a very hard time winning.”
