General Obi Wan had heard reports about a rogue Jedi using illegal weapons banned in the Alderan Convention X239 D. He took the initiative and flew his mercenary army to investigate.
Obi Wan greatest fear was of a fellow Jedi tainted by the dark forces. Could he prevent the Jedi from being turned by the dark side?
Sifo-Dyas and Lama Su were easily found with their clone detatchment and a savage fight ensued.
However General Obi Wans mercenary force were overwhelmed by the trained blaster fire, loosing two men in the process.
Obi Wan entered into a parle with the rogue jedi, however they accused Obi of being rogue and acting without council authority.

Despite the kind of start to the season that would make even a Nuden blush, the Clones and Jedi alike of Order 66 had started to get it together.

Their last System game was to be against their fellow Jedi’s of Mos Eisley Cantina Crew, and it also happened to be their final bid at winning the System. A win here followed by Mos Eisley drawing to the evil Separatist Droid Army would crown them system champions! And with that in mind the Genetic Engineers raided their coffers to create the ultimate Clone Monster complete with prehensile tail to prevent these pesky patrons from running away with ease.

The game started with Mos receiving and immediately taking for the flank. Sifo-Dyas ordered a defensive formation to block their route whilst the Clone Monster blitzed into their ranks! Blocked, Mos opted to break to the opposite flank, a handoff then a successful pass would have seen an almost certain TD, however they had not reckoned with Lama Su’s greatly heightened telekinesis that lifted Clone Trooper Claudius high into the air to intercept. This was the beginning of the end for Mos!

Claudius made a break for it as Order 66 hit patrons to the floor and proceeded to backup Claudius’ run. Surprised by what had just happened, a would-be pursuing Patron failed to dodge from his marker leaving his own team too dumbstruck to pursue any further. Claudius ran toward the endzone, stopping purposely short as Lama Su ordered his halt to await his arrival…

Order 1: “Clones, even gaming turning clones, should not be allowed to score unless totally necessary.”

Whilst Claudius remained safe Mos did what they could to break a couple patrons free of 66’s grasp on the game. Mos’s players started being removed from the pitch, KOs and more serious injuries alike as the Clones made the most of their numerical advantage and not even their medic could prevent two quickly successive deaths.

A wonderful blitz from Mos’ Obi Wan sacked the waiting Claudius and a long pass to a marked patron was completed and the break was on, but with the hard work done, the easy part seemed too much and the patron failed to dodge away. Another SI later for Mos, a downed Obi Wan and a Patron waiting to be blasted into space could have added even more damage, but Lama Su’s Jedi mercy was unleashed and a quick score allowed Mos to gather the remains for a second half.

With 7 v 11 and 66 receiving, Lama Su made it look “All too easy” despite being sacked by a very impressive Obi Wan who today seemed to be carrying his whole team. 2 – 0.

8 v 11 and Mos seemed determined to claw back a TD in the hopes of evening the score. Despite two good shots on Obi, 66 could not take him down and he slipped away into the end zone to make it 2 – 1.

9 v 11 now, and as determined as Mos was to try and equalise, Lama Su was just as determined to score again for his Triple-Score award! 66 sought to tie up all of Mos’s players leaving them a tricky blitz on Lama Su – which, today, they were bound to fail, and they did, all Mos could do was watch Lama Su score his third TD to end the game 3 – 1!

=====
The game was over for tenpole during the first half. Two RIPs and a SI saw to that, and all of this allowed by an interception. Add to this some nasty snakes for dodge rolls and there was little tenpole could do… just one of those bad dice days. Despite this he repeatedly sacked my ball carriers and never gave up… even sticking the boot to Lama Su a couple of times.

I stopped Blocking for the most part with the Rat Ogre, and passed up the chance to surf him and foul his only Jedi, due in part to feeling sorry for his team already and also knowing I needed him to get a draw v Stu!

Enjoyable game that saw Tenpole stay fun despite his luck. GG mate.
