“In their 2nd game, the Vanguard were fended off early by the elven warriors who managed a quick touchdown. The Vanguard began to play their style of game, clearing the pitch by (right) hook or (fouling) crook, and evened the score.

The Elves, however, despite going up 2-1 at the half, was plagued the entire game by mis-steps...perhaps the sun wore on their delicate complexions, but they simply couldn't do with regularity what elves supposedly do best. In the end, with a couple of very lucky bounces/fumbles, the soprano line each scores in the 2nd half to secure the win.

The Vanguard are now 2-0 going into a very tough game against Last Season's Grudge.”
