"I stood back there taking hits left and right for NOTHING?! You big sacks of meat! WAKE UP! I can't believe this! Were there too many camera flashes from the crowd? Was there some kind of strange bug in the grass that you all just HAD to see? Man, if stupidity is contagious, I'm screwed!
--Foreman Tuttle, Team Captain

"I'm not sure what to say. I did my part with knocking the ball loose in the second half. What more could I have done? Our fans managed to throw the ball where we needed it, since we just couldn't seem to move it. But no one picked it up."
--Gus "The Autoworker" Mills

"Did I hit the ground in a spectacular way? Maybe he hit me so hard no one could believe I'm alive? I just don't understand why I got the MVP."
--Foreman Wendel

*stares into space*
--Hank "The Steelworker" Sampson

"I don't know what Tuttle's complaining about. I was in the middle of everything the whole time. I threw more blocks than even Hank. What's he expecting? I more than pulled (and pushed) my weight, damnit."
--Frank "The Mason" Zane

''EADBASHAZ! WAAAAGH!!!!!'
---Boss Ogg (and the rest of the team).

'Well, well. Look at that, we can still win. Repeatedly, even. We beat the 14 Undead, that other bunch of rots, and now the biggest bruisers inna league, the Bulk. Not too shabby, if ya ask me.

So...about today's game...well, we were lucky that the Bulk had trouble gettin' things coordinated today. Half the time they were standin' around in confusion, not listening to what their coach was yellin'. And yell he did, oh boy. I learned a whole bunch of new swearwords today, heheh. Ah, where was I...yeah, the game. Right from the start we figured that we could win only by avoidin' the big lumps and sending a few players down their side of the pitch to mess up their gobbo contingent. Messy indeed, Thog and Gathrak really did a number on those poor grotty bastards, heh. So while the big'uns were stuck in a brawl with our own muscle, the blitzers were running circles around 'em. Wasn't particularly surprising when we got the ball in the first half, and the second looked just as great until the Boss took one for the team and had to be treated with...smellin' salts. 120 degrees proof smellin' salts, if you catch my meanin'. Anyway...yeah, things got kinda messy then, with a lot of clumsy ogres and panicky orcs fumbling for the ball. Funny as hell to watch, of course.

All in all, good game...looks like the 'bashaz are back in town.'
---Lil' Snik, MVP (for cheerleading)
