“blitz on the opening kickoff....and the norse blitzer, Afastr Sorli, does...absolutely nothing, but fall flat on his face...

chargers come out of the gates with a strong drive down the pitch, stunning a few of the bumbling minotaurs

and with the minotaurs and chargers pushing around, the humans continue their push down the pitch, driving hard for that critical first touchdown

ohhh..and in the third turn, the chargers catcher, jonathan veel knocks himself out with a dodge out of a small norse pocket

and it looks like the tide is slowly turning, at the halfway mark of the first half....

the minotaurs are slowly building up momentum, with two of the chargers players unconscious on the bench, and the blitzer, rikolfr reioubuinn, knocking out a second charger to the bench...

t seems to be a stalemate in the center of the field, with both teams building up a head of steam, before adrian hopeful, a charger lineman makes a critical block on a lineman to knock him to the bench...

oh and lothar que for the chargers makes an important play and knocks out the raging norse blitzer, reioubuinn...

and the shocking luck of the norse brings their second string blitzer to the ground, by tripping on his own shoelaces

and there we have it....the first score of the game by christian hoth, the quarterback of all people!

here we go with the chargers kicking off to the bumbling norse...oh looks like the norse were ready for the kickoff as they take a few steps forward before the ball hits...

*bam* and the chargers defensive line hits the ground with a few blocks from the minotaurs...

abel afvaldr, the norse passer picks up the ball and dumps it off to dunkr brunkell, who makes some yardage...

uh oh, here come the chargers with a cage to tie up the ball runner, dunkr passes off to randr skeggi, one of the minotaur linemen, he goes for the blitz to gain some yards, and Oh my god he trips!....

and with a few more injuries suffered by the norse, the most serious being a lineman out with a injured spleen, the half ends with no more excitement...

here comes the start of the second half with the minotaurs only able to field *SEVEN* players...

and of course....the minotaurs suffer a blitz...the chargers take down afew of the norse lineman, and make their way down the field...

the bumbling norse mess up yet another drive with alineman tripping over his own shoelaces, and the chargers drive their way to the ball, rushing the backfield passer who scurries off with a meager blitz like a little school girl...

and the chargers passer scores again!...score 2-0, chargers

looks like the minotaurs fans aren't too pleased with the officiating on that last drive...they storm the field and knock out one of the referees!! seems like the minotaurs may have a small advantage with no eyes on them for their fouls...

chargers boot the ball into the corner, and the minos lineman picks up the ball....chargers block him, hand off to the quarterback who drives across the field with the flea flicker and dumps it off to the side catcher, dunkr brunkell, who gets swarmed by humans!

dunkr spots an opening, after several massive blocks by the minos....oh!! he gets knocked down by the sidelines....

fans get a hand on the ball and bomb it back onto the field as it bumbles into the endzone...

one of the chargers linemen, hetz klink, dashes for the ball, and is immediately swarmed by norse! he gets knocked down and rolls towards the ball....

chargers come storming back down the field, and klink picks up the ball, and starts to make a move, but gets knocked down by the minos quarterback, afvaldr....

oh and with a rousing round of knockdowns, the game ends...
