On a nice day in front of 84,000 fans the Boyz battled GBIII.

As GBIII kicked off to start the game, the kick was bad and went out of bounds. GBIII got the ball away from the Boyz and worked their way down field with the Boyz not putting much of a defense. GBIII scored on turn 7 to go up 1-0. As GBIII kicked off, they got to rearrange their defense. Half ended 1-0 GBIII

As the Boyz kicked off, GBIII quick snapped. GBIII moved side to side going down the field, they finally scored on turn 6 to go up 2-0. As GBIII kicked off, they were awarded an extra re-roll. Taking advantage of many of the Boyz misfortunes, GBIII once again got the ball and scored on turn 8 to go up and win the game 3-0.

This was not a good day overall for the Boyz. Lineorc Zimdul learned the skill of Agility.

Thanks for game, rematch anytime (mainly after I get some tackle :)

A good day for elves indeed.

At the middle of the first half, one well-inspired fan grabbed the ball and threw it back on the pitch. Malmir saw the opportunity, picked the ball and started running. 1-0.

We feared the Orcs would try launching a Goblin, so we positioned ourselves in Goblin Intercepting Position Number 7. Did this intimidate the other coach? Hard to say. But what matters is that they did not care much for the ball. Phew.

As the second half started, we picked the ball and played it slowly at first, not knowing where to pierce that orc wall. Good thing we could dodge out of their scary fists. This defense was quite efficient, the well-trained orcs guarding each other's back and making them very difficult to punch.

Good thing, also, that the troll spent a lot of time staring at the inside of his helmet and doing nothing. After changing sides a couple of times looking for an opening, Ethan found one and ran for it. 2-0.

The last goal was due to pure luck. The Orc thrower was busy exchanging insults with one of our fans and failed to pick up the ball. Ha! Malmir ran to hassle the thrower, backed up by Eon who picked the ball and ran. 3-0!

Coach shook hands, money was distributed, and apothecaries congratulated each other for having had nothing to do. Definitely hope to rematch the Boyz one day!
