With a Blizzard throughout the game it made things tough for going for it and passing. I received first and got the ball in a good position, but failed a simple 2+ reroll catch... ball scattered and was firmly in the orc territory... however, somehow with lots of turns, I managed to stop the orcs scoring... mainly due at the end to a failed orc 2nd gfi after a failed hand off in the snow. End of half 0-0.

But then the orcs received... and they punished the zons. With all the guard amazons Ko'd, BH'd or SI'd from the 1st half this was going to be tough. Despite the kick skill, a bad kick planted the ball in the safe hands of an orc ball carrier. Slowly the orcs advanced, and despite some brave defence from the amazons dwindling numbers, the orcs scored in turn 7/8... and there was no miracle clock rollback.

However, turn 16 my 5spp linewoman made a pickup and completion(with reroll), to skill up.

With Foxy hogging 56spp, mng , niggled and -ma, it was time for her to retire. Unfortunately with just 30k winnings I have some way to go to replace her! But she served us well, and put fire into the amazonian blocking... which many an adversary has found out to their cost with 14 casualties in 29 games! She will be missed.
