In a recovery match for Dread I was concernced that the more experienced Orc team were gonna wipe the floor with my guys, but it was most certainly not the case.
In this instance, we outran the C.A.G.E. - Dread went to the tried and tested bash-ics that the Orcs are used to, with fouls to boot, and for the most part it worked.
Benjie caused all sorts of mayhem early on. The Tigers attacked the ball and were rewarded for their effots, going into the second half with a two TD (one of which was a defensive TD) lead.
The Tige's pulled together and bravely fought the Orc horde head on, even though the KO box was getting a workout and two BH's thrown into the mix, leaving the Tigers 5 men down for most of the second half!
The Tigers held off though, after the Orcs tried the passing game. The Orc thrower tried to duck and weave his way out of traffic but when he tried passing it to an open Orc the ball was dropped and left in the open. The Tige's seized the opportunity and rushed the ball with whatever men were left, with Chris managing to scoop it up and scoot away down the field for the game-sealing TD.

A fantastic game!
Go the Tige's!”
