What a nice chap to play. First half I almost passed out of boredom when he decides to take off the game for 10 minutes without saying anything in advance. And immediately after he returns, he does it again.
The second half was even more fun though... just kidding ;).
I had secured a 1-0 lead on the first half by a very successful stall. I mean why would I have scored earlier than turn 8 when the orcs had the ref and their Dirty Player was safely on the bench? My opponent didn't really catch the point though and here we go.
<:jimjo:> lame staling
<red> stalling lame?
<red> stalling is win
<red> and i had no interest in freeing that dp into the field
<:jimjo:> so now then
<:jimjo:> die elf!
<:jimjo:> ;)
<red> :P
<red> <3
So here he starts to foul every turn even at the expense of protecting his ballcarrier and under the eye of the ref. After my last dancer gets BH on a failed leap in turn 2 second half, I had practically lost the game. No chance to knock the ball off from an orc cage without leap. Here we go:
<red> grats for winning
<red> or if you prefer draw... ;)
<:jimjo:> i love draw
<:jimjo:> and staling
<red> eh?
So he continues to foul every turn and draw the game. He was actually so incompetent in his play that I managed to knock the ball loose not once but twice from inside his cage. Only fumbles on pickup rolls (rain...) prevented me from scoring a second touchdown.
Just telling you again: If you had spent all that time you spent on annihilating my team on securing your position against 5 elves you could have won with ease. Some people are just not born to win it seems...
Oh, and adding insult to injury. My best dancer naturally aged after the game. Back to the drawing board...”
