“After untold hours waiting on LFG, my dwarf team finally gets its 10th game, and I get my dwarf player award. Whee!
That I won the game is just icing on the cake.
Halfenforest had a really tough first half with his elves - pickups, passes, dodges all seemed to hit 1s, and the one time he managed to get some momentum going a successful intercept stopped it cold.
On the other hand, despite the paper-thin armor of the elves, my dwarves found themselves entirely unable to cause any damage - even my MB trollslayer failed to reliably beat AR 7. At the end of the 1st, only one elf was out, and that's because he failed a dodge and hurt _himself_.
Halfenforest made some really gutsy plays with 0 RRs, making the game... interesting to watch, anyway. Good game.”
