Orcs vs Chaos, the usual bash fest was expected. It didn't turn out that way really, but the chaos team's high number of claw was a worry before the game.

Lancio Bonaparte won the toss and elected to recieve. True to form, the chaos packed the line of scrimmage and the orcs hunkered down for some smacks. Fortunately, their high armour protected them and all the chaos side had to show from the opening exchanges was a stunned black orc. Belcha was able to run down the left flank, supported by Wanga, and put some pressure on the chaos back line.

Unfortunately, Lancio Bonaparte only had the use of one reroll and when a double skull happened on the half way line, the furthest back beastman couldn't pick up the ball. Wallop was able to make his way around the right side after Manic had badly hurt a beastman and tie up both beastmen left in the backfield.

Some clever 1 dice blocks for Sickano managed to free the beastman who eventually got the ball, but he had nowhere to go. After knocking him into the crowd, Belcha and Wanga hung around next to the endzone arguing over who was going to score. Graxhnak decided he was the man for the job and blitzed up the field, stunning Wanga. I was able to pull of a risky play by pushing back the minotaur and picking up the ball for the opener with Belcha.

In the second half, Lancio Bonaparte focussed most of their muscle in the centre two squares off the halfway line. Edda KOd a beastman in turn 1 and the orcs set about getting themselves 2d blocks and trying to limit the amount of claw facing them. Gubbins was KOd for his trouble, but Sneaky Get surpassed himself by killing Graxhnak who was successfully apothecaried. By this stage Wanga had made his way up the pitch with IQ in close support and a chaos warrior and a beastman had also been added to the KO box.

The orcs were able to outmuscle their chaos opposition and Wanga was clear to move to safety near the endzone with IQ. I continued to throw blocks on the line of scrimmage, before eventually Graxhnak got fed up and crippled Bossfella, who was also successfully apothecaried. Wanga had the guts to throw the ball to IQ, who gratefully accepted and scored Krunchin's second.

A bad block then closed the game on Lancio Bonaparte's final turn.

The end result was a 2-0 win for Krunchin, but a disappointing amount of winnings. No injuries though, which was good considering all that claw. Belcha earned his second movement increase and linemen Gubbins and IQ both went up and earned block and dirty player respectively.

Good game Sickano, look forward to a rematch.
