ChangoLoco put 3 zombies and both mummies on the LOS, I Killed a mummy on turn 1 with no regen and then killed the 2nd a few turns later, then a wight BH himself (no regen again) on a failed foul. All the cas I suffered were on the zombies and they were either regen'd or just BH's.
This left an easy stroll to the endzone for a 1-0 lead at halftime. I faced off against a greatly depleated team in the 2nd, a heroic pass to a zombie gave me a bit of a fright but I was able to recover and then proceeded to surf the count and a wight and grab the ball. By turn 15 only 1 zombie remained who I promptly fouled for a clear pitch but only managed a stun.
So 50K winnings, no perms and my ghoul skilled up (rolled a double but aged a niggle) puts me in good stead to face another undead team in round 2.
ChangoLoco had some bad luck in this game and took it well, the loss of 2 mummies is harsh, good luck rebuilding and please in the future keep Mummies off the LOS in defence. That's what zombies are for, taking hits (and fouling).”
