“This is Gilbert Tremblay, reporting live at the B.B.Q. stadium after another blood-spilling, violence-and-thrills-filled Blood Bowl match that tonight opposed the top two teams of the league; the Ogre team the 'll Kill You!!! to the Dwarven Headsplitters and what a match it was!
The Ogres stepped onto the field slobbering at the tasty- (even though also hairy-) looking Dwarves who took up their positions on the scrimage line after loosing the coin toss.
The Ogres started strongly, confident in their chances, but they didn't count on the Dwarves well-known stubborness and refusal to get hurt. The Dwarves hit hard, kicking, punching and even biting the larges brutes to bring them down and proved successful.
The Headsplitters star Runner, Dyalïn, proved to be his skilled self, scoring the two touchdowns of the game...
Wait, here comes the team, John, I'll try to catch the coach, Dusty, for an interview before he's too drunk to remember the game...
-Dusty! DUSTY!
-Er? What ye want?
-Do you have any comments about the game?
-Well, we knew we had to come out onto the filled determined, cause those Ogres can be tough players to be against. We also knew we had to get those nasty Goblins down so they couldn't scored and I'm mighty pleased with me boys performance. They did good and deserve their beer tonight!
-What about the two deaths caused by your players tonight?
-Er... well... those were unfortunate... er... accidents. We will drink to them tonight. I'd like to offer my condolences to the ones who knew 'em. The loss of a friend is always hard.
-And any comment for your next opponent?
-Aye, I do. Watch yerself and be ready, cause we're still blood-thirsty!
That was Dusty, coach of the Headsplitters. With this victory, they take the head of the league, but they're not out of the woods yet. A defeat against the Bears Blockers could prove their undoing. The Dwarves fans must hope the tough little guys will not go onto the field overconfident.
This has been Gilbert Tremblay, live from the B.B.Q. stadium for the BBNN. Back to you John.”
