Probalby because of inexperience with elves the dwarf coach put all but two dwarves on the los. A deep kick and a failed pick up left a opportunity for the elves to run up the flakes. Slow moving dwarves didn´t have the speed to move back for a cage. Elves managed to to get the ball, being bashed down by a dwarf, geting the ball again and making a td.

Second time the dwaves recived the kick the made good progress moving up on one flank. But a detirmined woodie coach didn´t whant the dwarves to score. He even stood up a lineman in surfing position just becuase he had guard, so the wd could get a 1d block. But the the elf inability to see that it was a str 4 dwarf led to a -2d block. But Nuffle shined on the elves and the dwarf whent down anyway. The ball whent into the crowd and landed far away. A last chance with a longbeard gfi to get close enough to throw ended with him geting bh when he fell over.

Second half and woodie numbers where down to 8 players on the field. Having a hard time geting passed the dwarves the woddies decided on a long bomb to the wd down field, which worked and the woodies made another td.

The dwarves finaly geting a break riped through the woodie defence and made a td.

With 1 turn remaning the ref called for injurie time. The wd leaped over the dwarfes and prepared to recive the ball. But a fumbling thrower ended the game.”
