“This game is an example of how you can lose even if you play an almost perfect game :)
I had a very good defense in first half, and I managed to blitz his ball carrier. However, the ball was thrown back by the fans deep inside my half. I managed to get it, but then I failed a GFI on turn 7 (with a reroll) and immediately afterwards a 2d block on his ball carrier which would have secured the 0-0 in first half.
Of course my opponent managed to dodge all the way with his chaos warrior, and score.
In second half it was similar stuff: I made my way slowly to make a touchdown, then I failed a most important dodge (at 3+ with reroll), which was the only dodge I ever made. In the end I got back the ball and I could score in turn 8: I needed *only* an hand-off at 3+ with reroll, but need I say that it failed? :)
Kind of frustrating, because my opponent was nice - although he made too many dodges that *always* succeeded, but I think I played a *very* good game (only 4-5 GFI in the whole game, only 2 dice blocks, no dodges except the one that failed). In the end, Nuffle decided it all.”
