Nurgle gave his favorite team a chance to shine, and allowed them to have the kickoff. An early cas from Pain gave Bouilloires the advantage. This was helped along by Dominus Quod knocking himself over attempting to kill one of Nurgles Chosen early in the Chaos turn. Dominus Nex followed suit in the next turn, ending the Chaos turn early yet again. Bouilloires exploited the Chaos incompetence with some textbook stalling, finally scoring in turn 8.
Schola received in the second, unfortunately only able to field 10 players. On the kickoff the Ref was blindsided and removed from the game. After having suffered almost the exact same situation just recently, Coach Quod watched for the start of the same string of injuries that destroyed his last team. Bellator II managed to knock himself over blocking someone, followed by a rapid booting from Borak. Once the apothecary was used on another victim of Borak's, the Coach threw the towel in.
Dominus Quod threw a fit, and pointing at an un-noticed clause in the teams contract, left the team for good. The Head Coach shook his head at his own stupidity, and said good riddance to the SPP sponge.
(In all, if I had of remembered that rule, I wouldn't have conceded, as it appeared I did have something to lose after all /grin)

3 - #7 Pain Feerique - A Cas and the nasty boot, this guy was dangerous
2 - # Lord Borak - Pretty much sealed the game with this one player
1 - #10 Dans L'Obscurite - Got the single TD of the match”
“Going into the game, I was worried... Nurgle do not out bash heavy teams and I was down a bit on player count and I had some cash.
Buy a rookie beastman and hope for the best or splurge on Lord Borak??
I took Lordy and won the toss. My ST4 block Beast niggled out, so I was glad about my decision.
I was most fearful of Dominus Quod and his Claw/MBlow combo and was happy enough when Lord Borak knocked him over and Pain Feerique was able to foul him out of the game.
I scored my TD close to half time and I was doing nicely.
Defending the 2nd half I was able to take out the Ref and suddenly I had Lord Borak able to lay the boot in...
Coach Quod was in difficulty, he was well covered by my defence, and about T12 or T13 he thought the risk to his team was too great and conceded...
I was amazed! I had put the fear of Nuffle into a Chaos team and he conceded... and Dominus Quod was very upset as he has now retired in disgust!

Quod, good game, I defineately had the rub of the green, but I was literally amazed that you conceded. I hope it brings you good fortune for the rest of the season and you can come back.

3pts: Dominus Deus III: he tried hard to get his claws into me, but with no luck.
2pts: Auris: Nuggety beastman who went the boot in retaliation... if he was successful it may have turned the tide.
1pt: Dominus Quod: Looked nasty, threatened Bouilloires De Chaux with his nasty taunting and quit the side in when his coach threw in the towel. A Twahnlow Point for him as a matter of principal :)”
